19 January – Positive Disruption and Gender Equity: Where are the Men?
On January 19th at 19.00 / 7 pm UK time, GW4W Advisory Board Member Dion Johnson will joined by special guests René Bujard and Haena Kim to discuss the critical role of male allies in gender bridge building and positive disruption in the workplace. René is a transformational global HR Leader with corporate, private equity & non-profit experience, and a diversity & inclusion thought-leader. Haena is the founder and lead behavioural scientist of dBias Lab, a company she founded to tackle structural inequalities such as gender pay gaps by applying her knowledge and experience in business, data, and behavioural science. She will be sharing research-based perspectives on gender equity and male allyship during the program.
